Sofia Ragonese

Sofia Ragonese is a proud Seacoast native with a deep-rooted love for the New Hampshire community and a lifelong passion for homes. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Business Administration.

Her passion for real estate started young – growing up with a contractor as a father, Sofia was often found riding in construction equipment and exploring job sites before she could even tie her shoes. That early exposure sparked a deep interest in homes, design, and construction that stayed with her into adulthood.

That passion led her to a career in Talent Acquisition, where she recruited top Business-to-Business sales talent at Wayfair—connecting others to the world of home and design on a national scale. From there, Sofia continued to grow her career in Human Resources, developing strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that now serve her clients well in the real estate world. These skills sharpened her ability to guide people through important life transitions. Her people-first mindset makes her a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers alike.

Outside of real estate, Sofia enjoys hot yoga, beach days, skiing, and hiking around New England with her fiancé and their English Cream Golden Retriever, Henry.
